The Elders said the spirit commanded the winds to blow to create a path through a SEA OF REEDS (on land) so the people could flee from the Egyptians. Maybe when the slave master forced on us this new religions he was not being totally honest. He most certainly did not practice what he preached. Teaching us to forgive while he whipped us.
