HUMAN RIGHTS

Another dip into muddy waters, are we born with these rights, or does it depend where we are born. Some humans are born with more rights than other humans. What happens when human rights conflict with human wrongs as it often does in all different ways. Humans have different ideas of what is right and what is wrong, so how do we decide without imposing views, opinions or doctrine. Justice is not a precise science and finding the right balance to the scales is almost impossible.

Scenario== man1 without home, employment or finance kills member of man2 family in man2 home for finance while man2 is at work. Man1 is captured and imprisoned given rights to shelter rent free, meals free, some form of employment and a bag of other right. Man2 hates his job and is paying the financial cost of man1 rights ,by paying his taxes. Man2 has no rights or say in this and now has a broken family. Who is right here which human gets preference where is the justice.
